SADDLE CLUB SEASON PASS

LOCATION:        Center West Sideline

$50 Per Couple | Per Event

Located on the centerfield west sideline grandstands, your Saddle Club Season Pass includes access two (2) season passes to Oak Brook's polo grounds, one (1) complimentary field parking pass, and a complimentary glass of champagne/sparkling wine during the match’s halftime divot stomp. 

 

You and your guest will enjoy an afternoon watching the thrill, speed and adrenaline of polo in comfort from elevated grandstand seating or available table seating, providing you with an incredible view of the field and match as players gallop at nearly 35 miles per hour across a nine acre pitch.

WEST SIDELINE TAILGATE

$800.00

LOCATION:        Northwest Sideline

$80 Avg. Per Event

Want to create your own polo experience? The Oak Brook Polo Club offers a limited number of Field Side Tailgate Spots at every polo match. Located on the field's northwest sideline, Season Tailgaters will receive a reserved spot for their vehicle and adequate tailgate space for entertaining friends and family as you watch the thrill, speed and adrenaline field-side. 

 

Each reserved spot comes with its own stand alone patio umbrella for shade. West sideline tailgaters also have the benefit and access to the event’s food truck, climate controlled restroom trailer, play-by-play announcer, and sponsor vendors. Tailgaters can also purchase a picnic and boxed lunches in advance of the scheduled match for onsite pick-up. The price of a Season Tailgate spot is for one-car load of people only. Please arrive early, preferably before 2:00 PM when polo festivities begin.

SADDLE CLUB RESERVED TABLES

Located in-front of the centerfield west sideline grandstands, your reserved Saddle Club Season Table comes with seating for four (4) or six (6) guests with access to Oak Brook's polo grounds, one (1) complimentary field parking pass, a complimentary bottle of sponsor champagne / sparkling wine, a glass of champagne/sparkling wine during the match’s halftime divot stomp and table identifying signage with yours or business’s name/logo on it.

 

You and your guests will enjoy an afternoon watching the thrill, speed and adrenaline of polo in comfort from your field-side reserved table, providing you with a close-up view of the field and match as players gallop at nearly 35 miles per hour across a nine acre pitch.

FIELD-SIDE CABANAS

$5,000

LOCATION:        Field-Side Southwest Sideline

$500 Per Group | Event

Birthday, Bachelorette Party, or Small Corporate Outing? Then this is the perfect field-side shaded and outdoor oasis to entertain. Each tented and outdoor space comes with a banquet and cocktail tables, linens, identifying signage, 20 chairs, field-side parking and a complimentary bottle of champagne / sparkling wine, with access to full-service bars, food truck(s), climate controlled restrooms and sponsor displays, as well as within earshot of the play-by-play announcer. Food and beverage packages are available!

RULES & REGULATIONS

  • PLEASE purchased your tickets in advance online., especially those with limited availability. We will be accepting cash or credit card transactions onsite during scheduled events. Please have your ticket ready upon arrival.

  • Free general parking and shuttles services will be available to and from the Christ Church (501 Oak Brook Rd., Oak Brook, IL)

  • Limited field parking is available at a cost of $20 per car, which can be purchased online along with your ticket.

  • Tailgate spots are allowed to be combined to form a larger space or group. We ask that tailgaters do not exceed 10 people per spot. Tailgaters must arrive together in order to be parked next to each other.

  • Tailgate spots will be assigned upon arrival and check-in. Vehicles are REQUIRED to park in their assigned spot. 

  • Spectators are encouraged NOT to exit their assigned tailgate space or assigned seat. You are allowed to exit your space to use the restroom, nearby hand washing / sanitizer station, use trash bins, purchase food and drink, scheduled polo activities (e.g. divot stomp), or if there is an emergency.

  • We encourage all tailgaters who have purchase a field-side spot to arrive no later than 2:00 PM

  • Guests are responsible for the collection and disposal of their garbage. Waste containers will be provided onsite at events. If guests do Trash bags may be provided to help with the collection of garbage

  • All employees are educated and trained on the need for personal sanitation and hygiene as well as the sanitation of venue areas. All employees MUST wash their hands regularly and MUST wear / change gloves and facemarks frequently if required

PERMITTED ITEMS....

  • Tailgaters will be permitted to bring the following items. These items are NOT allowed for General Admission, Saddle Club or Reserved Table seating...

    • Blanket(s) (water resistant recommended)

    • Collapsable Folding Chair(s)

    • Portable Cooler(s)

    • Food / Large Picnic. It is recommended that meals should be individually packaged​. Catered or delivered food is NOT permitted unless you have reserved a private field-side tent

    • Staked Umbrellas or Tent (no bigger than 10'x10') for additional shade

    • Non-Alcoholic Beverages. Outside alcohol is NOT permitted in the following seated areas: General Admission, Saddle Club, Reserved Tables, Players Suite and Small and Large Field-Side Cabanas.

    • Dogs or any pet. All pets MUST remain on leash at all times and in the presence of their owner.

  • All Spectators will be permitted and encouraged to bring the following items

    • Sunscreen

    • Baseball Cap or Large Sun Hat

    • Camera and/or Binoculars

    • Comfortable footwear. Women should wear flats, not heels

PROHIBITTED ITEMS....

  • Tailgaters and spectators are NOT allowed to bring the following items...

    • Open flame grills​

    • Tents or umbrellas over 10'x10' or 100 sq. ft.

    • Throwable items, including frisbees, footballs, baseballs, etc.

    • Drones or any type of airborne object

    • Weapons

    • Inappropriate attire

TICKET TRANSFERS

The Oak Brook Polo Club has a non-refundable ticket policy. However, ticket and group hospitality holders from 2022 canceled matches will still be allowed to transfer their tickets or group reservations to 2023 scheduled events. When ticket go on sale for the 2023 season, tickets will then be allowed to be transferred to another available ticket type of equal value.

TICKET PURCHASE POLICY

By purchasing a ticket(s) and/or entering onto the polo grounds of an Oak Brook Polo Club (OBPC) sanctioned and scheduled event, you assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of polo and release OBPC, its sponsors, host organizations, participating players, and their agents from any liabilities resulting from such entry. You further grant permission to OBPC and its title sponsors to use your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television, print materials, and other transmission and reproduction in whole or in part of any OBPC event.  

Under the Equine Activity Liability Act, each

participant who engages in an equine activity

expressly assumes the risks of engaging in and

legal responsibility for injury, loss, or

damage to person or property resulting

from the risk of equine activities.

OBPC, the Village of Oak Brook, and Pineoak Partners LLC cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Attending a polo event could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.

 

By purchasing a ticket, You acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that your child(ren) and you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending a polo event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at a polo event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, OBPC, the Village of Oak Brook, and Pineoak Partners LLC and their employees, volunteers, and event participants and their families. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to your child(ren) or yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or your child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with you or your child(ren)’s attendance at a polo event (the “Claims”). On your behalf, and on behalf of your children, you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless OBPC, the Village of Oak Brook, and Pineoak Partners LLC and their employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of OBPC, the Village of Oak Brook, and Pineoak Partners LLC and their employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any OBPC event.
