  • PRIVATE SPACE – Oak Brook Polo offers two types of reserved private event spaces depending on the number of guests your organization wants to entertainment.

  • CUSTOM ENVIRONMENT – Depending on the space, your organization can create an environment that best suites the interest of your guests, including décor, catering,  entertainment, and activities.

  • POLO-THEMED ACTIVITIES – Oak Brook Polo can offer polo-themed activities or team building events centered around the world’s oldest sport, including clinics, chalk talks, lunch and learns, etc.

  • FUNDRAISING – Oak Brook Polo can work with your organization to develop and weave in event fundraising campaigns for your guests and event spectators to drive donations.

SMALL FIELDSIDE TENT

LOCATION: Northwest Sideline

$675 (for up to 20 guests)

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 150 square ft. total private event space

  • 100 square ft. covered tent

  • 50 square ft. front outdoor space

  • Can comfortably accommodate 20 max number of guests

  • One (1) 6ft banquet tables and white linens w/ centerpiece

  • Twenty (20) white garden chairs w/ padded seats

  • One (1) Field-side parking pass

  • Complimentary bottle of Champagne and glasses

  • Complimentary SCORE Magazines (Official Club Publication)

  • Free shuttle transportation to and from the Drake Oak Brook Hotel

  • No outside alcohol is allowed

  • Food and beverages packages available upon request and billed separately

LARGE FIELDSIDE TENT

LOCATION: Southwest Sideline

$1,600 (for up to 50 guests)

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 600 square ft. total private event space

  • 400 square ft. covered tent

  • 200 square ft. partially enclosed outdoor lawn space

  • Can comfortably accommodate 50 max number of guests

  • Three (3) 30” highboy cocktail tables and white linens

  • Three (3) 48” round tables and white linens w/ umbrellas

  • Two (2) 6ft banquet tables and white linens

  • Fifty (50) white garden chairs w/ padded seats

  • Two (2) Field-side parking passes

  • Two (2) Complimentary bottles of Champagne and glasses

  • Complimentary SCORE Magazines (Official Club Publication)

  • Identifying signage

  • In-house table centerpieces for round and highboy tables

  • 1,600 square ft. covered pavilion

  • 400 square ft. partially enclosed outdoor lawn space

  • Can comfortably accommodate 120 max number of guests

  • Ten (10) 30” highboy cocktail tables and white linens

  • Five (5) 48” round tables and white linens (two umbrella tables)

  • Six (6) 6ft banquet tables and white linens

  • One-hundred (100) white garden chairs w/ padded seats

  • Two (2) windowed side walls

  • Ten (10) Field-side parking passes

  • Complimentary SCORE Magazines (Official Club Publication)

  • Identifying signage

  • Free shuttle transportation to and from the Drake Oak Brook Hotel
