The Oak Brook Polo Club is thrilled to welcome everyone back to the club and to begin playing polo with spectators this summer. The comfort and safety of our guests is and will always be a top priority, and given the COVID-19 situation, this has never been more important. We ask that all guests exercise caution, take precautionary measures, be accountable, and utilize good judgment at all times while interacting with one another this summer.
Following the recent announcements by the State of Illinois's Governor, the state's entered the "Bridge Phase". The final step before the State's complete reopening (Phase 5) which has set June 11th as its target date. At that time all restrictions for Illinois businesses and outdoor events will be phased out. Please be aware that we are evaluating our event plan and seating options continuously and it is likely that many of our ticket restrictions may be eased or options might change in the coming weeks. We still urge caution and will continue to keep the safety of our guests and the community a top priority. In the meantime, please abide by these protocols in cooperation with local regulations and for the safety of all guests.
Sunday Public Polo Matches - Gates open at 1:00 p.m., on-field polo festivities and match begin at 3:00 p.m.
Field Side Parking - limited number of parking spots are available at the field at a cost of $20.00 per vehicle
Free Parking - free parking and shuttle service is available to and from the Drake Oak Brook Hotel (2301 York Rd., Oak Brook, IL)
Outside Alcohol Beverages Are NOT Permitted onsite and in all seating areas both on the west and east sidelines. Beverage service will be made available at onsite bars and/or beverage carts
COVID-19 EVENT GUIDELINES & PROTOCOLS
Tickets MUST be purchased in advance to limit and reduce unnecessary staff interactions
Masks MUST be worn while guests are outside their assigned seated area unless the guest can show proof of vaccination
Maintain social distancing and respect the space of others during the event. Markers and reminders will be placed throughout the venue in and around areas or activities where social distancing is enforced.
Pets are still NOT allowed until further notice. We need to continue to control the whereabouts of our guests out the safety of others. Guests will notice other displays and activities not present for this reason.
Visiting of Team horses is also NOT permitted out of the safety of other guests, players and essential polo staff (e.g. grooms)

Guest will enjoy an afternoon watching the thrill, speed and adrenaline of polo from our elevated grandstand seating, providing patrons with an incredible view of the field and match as players gallop at nearly 35 miles per hour across a nine acre pitch.
Perfect for family outings, couples and small group gatherings with family, friends and neighbors who are looking for an afternoon activity outdoors.

Enjoy elevated grandstand tip-down (not bleachers) seating with optimal match viewing. Club Seating is perfect for guests who don't want the hassle of packing a picnic. Dress to impress, slip on those divot stomping wedges, bow and experience polo lifestyle.

PRICE: $250.00 per table for four guests

Guaranteed field-side reserved seating, club tables are ideal for group outings who want a little privacy to catch-up and mingle, while taking in the thrill of a polo match.

Super limited, these centerfield reserved lounge areas are perfect for groups who want to fully immerse themselves into the polo lifestyle. Settle back and relax with friends in your own comfortable private outdoor lounge area.
WHATS INCLUDED: Reserved areas include outdoor lounge seating for eight, SCORE Magazines, complimentary bottle of champagne / sparkling wine, halftime divot stomp glass of champagne, player meet and greet and dedicated server.

This season tailgating got a big upgrade! Each tailgate will be treated as a VIP as guests can park field-side to view the match. Tailgaters are highly encouraged to bring their food, chairs, blankets, tables, etc. to create their own private and enjoyable experience while viewing a thrilling polo match. Each tailgate spot comes with its own staked patio umbrella to give you and your guests a little more comfort on hot and sunny days.
Ideal for groups of family and friends who want to create their own polo experience with a little privacy.
LOCATION: Northwest and East Sidelines
RECOMMENDATIONS: Dress for comfort or casual country club attire. Definitely bring a picnic, pack a cooler with cold non-alcoholic beverages, chairs, tables, small tents are allowed. Open flame grills are not permitted.
The Oak Brook Polo Club has a non-refundable ticket policy. However, ticket and group hospitality holders from 2019 canceled matches will still be allowed to transfer their tickets or group reservations to 2020 or 2021 scheduled events. When we are permitted to host spectators for the 2020 season, tickets will be allowed to be transferred to another available ticket type of equal value.
TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
By purchasing a ticket(s) and/or entering onto the polo grounds of an Oak Brook Polo Club (OBPC) sanctioned and scheduled event, you assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of polo and release OBPC, its sponsors, host organizations, participating players, and their agents from any liabilities resulting from such entry. You further grant permission to OBPC and its title sponsors to use your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television, print materials, and other transmission and reproduction in whole or in part of any OBPC event.
Under the Equine Activity Liability Act, each
participant who engages in an equine activity
expressly assumes the risks of engaging in and
legal responsibility for injury, loss, or
damage to person or property resulting
from the risk of equine activities.
OBPC, the Village of Oak Brook, and Pineoak Partners LLC cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Attending a polo event could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.
By purchasing a ticket, You acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that your child(ren) and you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending a polo event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at a polo event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, OBPC, the Village of Oak Brook, and Pineoak Partners LLC and their employees, volunteers, and event participants and their families. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to your child(ren) or yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or your child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with you or your child(ren)’s attendance at a polo event (the “Claims”). On your behalf, and on behalf of your children, you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless OBPC, the Village of Oak Brook, and Pineoak Partners LLC and their employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of OBPC, the Village of Oak Brook, and Pineoak Partners LLC and their employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any OBPC event.
